With more than 15 years of broad experience in the golf industry, Billy serves as Vice President of Store Operations. He is a Ping-certified fitter, member of the GCA, member of the AGM, and Mitchell-certified in club repair and fitting. In his role as VP of Store Operations at Golf Etc., he manages employee training, vendor relations, store set up and store design. Billy's alma mater is Tarleton State University.
As Director of Franchise Relations for Golf Etc. of America, Inc., Michael focuses on developing and implementing operational procedures, service disciplines, and merchandising and marketing strategies that support franchisees and ensure their continued development, growth and success. Michael is a Class "A" PGA Golf Professional and was the Assistant Golf Professional of the Year, Kentucky Section. Not only does Michael know golf, he also has first-hand experience as an entrepreneur. He previously owned a national award-winning advertising agency and a pizza restaurant franchise. Michael's alma mater is the University of Texas at Arlington.
Phillip came aboard Golf Etc. in August, 2000 as Controller. Before joining the Golf Etc. team, he spent four years as the Vice President/Controller at the Pecan Valley Nut Company. Prior to that, he served as Controller at a Southwestern Bell Wireless Authorized Retailer. Phillip graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BBA in Accounting from Tarleton State University.

Rob specializes in helping Golf Etc. enter new international markets around the world, plan global marketing events, assist with strategic planning and tactical execution - from initial market selection to building a successful, global business. His experience includes business and consumer market segments, working with retail, non-retail, public and private corporations Through his franchise business development expertise, Rob has helped companies earn prestigious recognition, including Fortune magazine's 100 Fastest Growing Companies, Forbes magazine's 200 Best Small Companies, Business Week's 100 Hot Growth Companies and Entrepreneur International magazine's #1 International Business Services Franchise.
Dan Sueltz serves as the Director of Fitting for Golf Etc. of America, Inc. He has spent more than a decade in the golf industry, specializing in high tech club-fitting and custom club building, devoted to helping golfers improve their game. He has fit over 10,000 golfers of all levels, as well as many tour players. At Golf Etc., he manages the ongoing development of Golf Etc.'s fitting services and leads franchise training sessions in this area. Prior to his golf industry experience, Dan worked in the engineering and software development industries. Dan holds an MBA from New York University and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
As a previous owner of a Golf Etc. franchise for seven years, Brian knows the Golf Etc. business model from the inside out. This is experience is invaluable in his role as Franchise Developer at Golf Etc. of America, Inc. He assists potential franchisees with market demographic analysis, business development, site location, vendor relations and inventory management and provides them with the necessary tools to run a successful and profitable business. Brian is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
With more than 30 years of experience as a professional golfer on the PGA and Champions Tours, Kenny Knox serves as Tour Representative for Golf Etc. of America, Inc. In his role, Kenny serves as Golf Etc. spokesperson in marketing campaigns, offers golf tips and clinics at various Golf Etc. locations throughout the United States, writes a monthly column for the internal Golf Etc. corporate newsletter and provides other support to domestic and international franchises. During his golf career, Kenny has won three PGA Tour events and had more than two dozen top-ten finishes. His T3 finish to John Daly at the 1991 PGA Championship is his best performance in a major championship. He is known for his putting ability and holds the PGA Tour record for fewest putts in a tournament. Kenny graduated from Florida State University, where he earned All-American honors as a member of the golf team.
With close to 20 years of public relations and marketing experience, Kelly Kirkendoll serves as Director of Public Relations and Marketing for Golf Etc. of America, Inc. In her role, Kelly leads media relations and marketing communications efforts for Golf Etc., managing national press announcements, the Golf Etc. website, video projects for new business development, new store announcements and other communications initiatives. Kelly's career has spanned an array of diverse industries and includes work with large corporations, national startups, small businesses and non-profit organizations. Her PR credentials include gaining media coverage for clients/employers by CNN, MSNBC, the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Fortune magazine, "O" The Oprah Magazine, People Magazine, Entrepreneur, Men's Journal, Kiplinger's Personal Finance and BusinessWeek, as well as local media around the country. Kelly graduated summa cum laude with a Marketing degree from Ohio University.
