Jeremy Glanzer, President- CEO
As President and CEO of Golf Etc. of America, Inc. Jeremy focuses on new business development, franchise growth and niche market concepts. A registered PGA Professional with more than 10 years of coaching and training experience, Jeremy has been with Golf Etc. for over 5 years, most recently serving as the vice-president of business development before taking on the role of Co-CEO. Earlier in his career, Jeremy was the Head Golf Coach and Director of Athletic Recruitment at Tabor College in Central Kansas, leading his team to championships and earning Coach of the Year honors. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management /Marketing from Tabor College.
Shane Hunt, Co-Chief Executive Officer
As Co-CEO of Golf Etc. of America, Inc., Shane focuses on franchise growth, marketing and brand management. Mr. Hunt began his career at Motorola Communications after receiving his undergraduate degree. He later joined Johnson & Johnson Inc., working in professional sales and marketing, then was recruited to join Boehringer Mannheim Inc. Shane later joined Jackson & Coker as a healthcare recruiting consultant and went on to start and run several other national companies. He is an alumnus of the Harvard School of Business.
Phillip Egdorf, Controller
Phillip came aboard Golf Etc. in August, 2000 as Controller. Before joining the Golf Etc. team, he spent four years as the Vice President/Controller at the Pecan Valley Nut Company. Prior to that, he served as Controller at a Southwestern Bell Wireless Authorized Retailer. Phillip graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BBA in Accounting from Tarleton State University.
Don Willingham, Professional Consultant - New Franchise Development and Analysis
With twenty-four years experience as a Class A member of the PGA, Don brings extensive knowledge of golf products and business practices to his role as Business Developer at Golf Etc. Don spent a total of 16 years as the head golf professional at Bentwood Country Club in San Angelo, Texas and The Club at Falcon Point in Katy, Texas. His love of golf and his expertise in teaching and fitting led him to a position with Slazenger Golf, where he served as South Central Territory manager in the club division. For three years, Don conducted schools for Slazenger, teaching golf professionals how to teach and custom-fit putters and clubs with the highest personal service. His vast knowledge and experience in the golf business make him a tremendous asset to the company.
